Terms of service

The service
Easy English in Action is developed and operated by Artem Taranukha. These terms cover the web app's Vocabulary, Grammar, Phrasal Verbs, Idioms and Reading features and the optional Easy English in Action connection in ChatGPT. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Your account
Use an account you own or are authorized to use, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. The web app requires an email/password learning account. An anonymous mobile account must be linked to an email account before use on the web. You must meet the applicable age and account requirements; use of ChatGPT also requires meeting ChatGPT's requirements. The ChatGPT integration is not intended for children under 13.
Learning features and limitations
Content, learning activities and availability depend on the module, app version and service configuration. Progress reflects saved learning information; syncing requires connectivity. Some history and conversations are stored on the device or browser. Learning material and AI-generated answers may contain mistakes and do not certify English ability.
The ChatGPT connection supports the Vocabulary catalogue only. It can review synced progress, search catalogue entries and add the words you request to learn when you grant the necessary permissions. It does not create arbitrary new catalogue words, replace completed learning results, delete your account or connect the other four modules. New additions require an online Vocabulary sync. Duplicates and capacity limits can affect an add request.
Acceptable use
Do not access another learner's information without authorization, bypass account permissions or usage limits, disrupt the service, submit abusive automated traffic or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access when necessary to protect accounts and service security.
Content and third-party services
Learning content is provided for use with the service. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute the catalogue or present its content as your own. Google Firebase, OpenAI, ChatGPT, RevenueCat, Apple and Google Play are separate services with their own applicable terms and policies. Easy English in Action and its ChatGPT connection are independently developed and are not presented as services created or endorsed by OpenAI.
Subscriptions and availability
Mobile subscriptions and purchases are managed separately under the applicable app and store terms. The web app and ChatGPT integration do not process payments or make purchases. Service availability depends on authentication, backend services, third-party providers and connectivity. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Privacy, disconnection and deletion
Our privacy policy explains account, learning, browser-local and optional AI/ChatGPT data processing. You can stop using the service and disconnect the ChatGPT integration. Signing out or disconnecting does not delete cloud account data or earlier ChatGPT conversations. Use available account-deletion facilities or contact pp@amr.pw for account-data requests.
Changes and support
Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. For help, visit Support or email support@it4.pw. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
